This policy explains how R2B LABS PTY LTD (ABN 99 698 118 679) (“runibi labs”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use runibi.ai and the browser-based demo of our platform (together, the “Service”).
We are an Australian company. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. What we collect and why
We collect only what we need to run the Service.

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers also process technical data (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to deliver the Service and protect it from abuse.
You can browse our website without giving us your name or email address.
2. What we don’t do
- We do not record or store your simulation sessions.
- We do not use your personal information to train AI models.
- We do not sell your personal information.

3. Updates by email
We only send updates if you have opted in. Every update includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by writing to privacy@runibi.ai. We will still reply to messages you send us.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how visitors use the site. You can:
- block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or
- install Google’s opt-out add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
Blocking cookies won’t stop the site from working.
5. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with the service providers listed in section 1, and only so that they can provide their services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
6. Information stored outside Australia
Our service providers may store and process personal information outside Australia, including in the United States and in countries of the European Union. We choose established providers and take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information.
7. How long we keep it
- Contact messages: for as long as we need them to deal with your inquiry and any follow-up.
- Update subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Accounts: until you ask us to delete your account.
- Analytics data: for the retention period set in Google Analytics.
We delete or de-identify personal information once we no longer need it.
8. Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access. No online service is completely secure. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and, where required, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- correct it, or
- delete it, including deleting your account.
Email privacy@runibi.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
Complaints. Write to privacy@runibi.ai and we will respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the OAIC at www.oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change and show the new date at the top.
Before we start recording simulation sessions or using personal information to train AI models, we will update this policy, tell account holders and subscribers by email, and ask for your consent where it’s required.
11. Age
The Service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we’ll delete it.
12. If you’re outside Australia
The Service is operated from Australia. If you use it from another country, your information will be handled as described in this policy and may be transferred to Australia and to the countries where our providers operate. The laws where you live may give you additional rights — contact us and we’ll help.
